- Cook, dishwasher, knife thrower, lion tamer. Born and raised in Vermont by farmers, found by lost Frenchmen. I traveled the world; cooking, learning and sometimes even teaching, and of course there were the friends made along the way. I made it back to Vermont, to the Mad River Valley, to Waitsfield, to my new home The Inn at the Round Barn Farm.
